We are delighted to provide Complimentary Tracked Delivery (£0.00) on every curtain clip ring order dispatched within the United Kingdom. There are no minimum basket spends, no regional surcharges for mainland UK destinations, and zero unexpected packaging charges added at checkout.
2. Order Timelines & Dispatch Schedule
To ensure total reliability and predictability, our dispatch warehouse operates on a strict schedule:

Hardware accessories must arrive pristine and scratch-free. All Caldmore Hardware clip rings, whether solid brass, electroplated iron, or hand-turned beechwood, are secured in heavy-duty poly envelopes or rigid cartons to prevent ring abrasion during transit.
4. Parcel Tracking
Immediately upon consignment handover to our authorized delivery partners (such as Royal Mail, Evri, or tracked parcel networks), an automated Dispatch Confirmation email will be transmitted to you containing an active tracking number and direct tracking URL.
