Q1: How much is delivery, and when will my parcel arrive?

Delivery across the entire UK is 100% free of charge (£0.00). Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK Time) on business days are dispatched within 1–2 business days. In-transit delivery takes 3–7 business days, resulting in a total expected timeline of 4–9 business days.

Q2: What is your returns policy and is return postage free?

We provide a generous 28-day return period from delivery. Returns are completely free (£0 return shipping fee and £0 restocking fee). A pre-printed return postage label is already included inside your original delivery parcel for effortless return drop-off.

Q3: How quickly will my refund be completed?

Once your returned hardware is received and checked at our Wednesbury depot, your refund is completed strictly within 3 days back to the original Visa or Mastercard payment card.

Q4: How do I choose the correct ring size for my curtain pole?

As a general hardware rule of thumb, the inner diameter (ID) of your curtain rings should be roughly 10mm to 15mm larger than the outside diameter of your curtain pole. For instance, a 28mm to 35mm diameter pole pairs best with our 50mm inner diameter rings to ensure completely effortless, smooth gliding.

Q5: How many clip rings do I need per curtain panel?

We recommend placing one clip ring every 10cm to 15cm (4 to 6 inches) along the curtain header. For a standard single curtain width (roughly 120cm to 150cm), approximately 10 to 14 clip rings per panel provide an elegant, even drape without drooping.
